Before establishing M-Bridge-Advisory, I was a Corporate Finance Partner at BDO UK, where I developed significant expertise in UK, international, and cross-border transactions, providing corporate finance advice on Capital Markets and M&A assignments.
Over my 13-year tenure at BDO from 2012 to 2025, which included 6.5 years at Moore Stephens London as Head of Capital Markets prior to its merger with BDO, I led the successful completion of 17 IPOs and RTOs, including more recent transactions such as Amicorp FS (UK) plc, Hercules Site Services plc, Marks Electrical Group plc, Gelion plc and Cornerstone FS plc. I have also recently led the financial due diligence on numerous M&A transactions for private equity-backed companies, including Hawksford and certain Marubeni portfolio companies.
I began my career in audit and assurance before transitioning to corporate finance in 2006. Since then, I have advised on over 100 transactions for both UK-based and international firms, spanning a variety of sectors.
I bring particular expertise in advising multi-jurisdictional businesses and draws on deep professional relationships, as well as a proven track record of guiding inbound overseas investments and fundraising activities in the UK.
